Xilinx Inc. (NASDAQ: XLNX), announced today a live webcast on Wednesday, December 11, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. pacific, 12:00 p.m. eastern entitled "Backplane Basics: From PCI to Serial Switched Fabrics." The live webcast is the latest solution in the Xilinx Serial Tsunami initiative to help designers in making the inevitable move from parallel to serial connectivity.
